Great breakfast. The first desk clerk gave us great advice on which whale watching cruise to take and booked it for us. And it was the best.
One of the desk clerks did not speak any English at all at a time we needed some information. The first desk clerk we encountered spoke very good English.

Great location, great view of the water, good breakfast included, friendly staff, convenient to restaurants and attractions.
Not really the hotel's fault - but people checking out early (before 8am) were noisy and could be heard. Should remind guests that others can hear them, and to be respectful.

Convenienet poition to town
We stayed on the ground floor, the family above us were very loud. I am sure there is no insulation between walls and ceiling.Children jumping around till midnight is not my idea for a good night sleep We were able to hear people talking next door.

Gentle staff
I can say about Tadoussac in general, that there're no taxies, and so, it was a horrible experience to carry my bags from the bus terminal to the hotel. I would suggest everyyone to contact the hotel first and coordinate a pick up from the bus station. When I was leaving, the hotel owner carried me to the bus terminal

Very expansive for what it is. Small rooms out of North America standards. Breakfast not included and expansive. Not really great.
